Reset the Samsung Galaxy S7

I wrote the Reset the Samsung Galaxy S7 on here. See the process and ensure that you have made a backup of it before you proceed.  With anti-theft enabled, your PIN will be required before anyone can reset your device. So ensure that you have your PIN for this. Likewise you must remember to always turn off anti-theft and erase your device before selling or giving it away to ensure the new owner can activate and use the device normally. Note that I also wrote 7 Reasons to buy a Samsung phone which is on here.

Reset the Samsung Galaxy S7

By resetting the Samsung Galaxy S7 Nougat to the factory settings, all original settings and factory settings will be applied. However, note that if you reset the Galaxy S7 Nougat to the factory settings, any software updates will not be undone. Likewise see also the Reset Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge I wrote about as well as the piece that I wrote on Hard Reset Samsung Galaxy Note 9.

It is recommended to make a backup before you reset the Samsung Galaxy S7 Nougat to the factory settings. This is to prevent personal data in the internal memory from being lost, such as images, applications, and contacts stored in the device’s memory.

5. Optionally, under **GOOGLE ACCOUNT**, turn off **Back up my data**. Then, choose the back symbol.
6. Choose the back symbol again.
7. In addition Choose **General management**.

10. Likewise Scroll down and choose **RESET DEVICE**.
11. Enter the current screen lock code.
12. Additionally Choose **NEXT**.
13. Finally, choose **DELETE ALL**.

All data and settings saved on the Galaxy S7 Nougat will be deleted, and the device will automatically reset and reboot. Once the Samsung Galaxy S7 Nougat has rebooted, you can disable anti-theft during the startup configuration.
