The Sony SO-02C Xperia Acro mobile can be reset by software or by its own menu system. If you wish to save your mobile phone settings or data before the reset then you should backup your data onto your computer with Xperia Companion. The menu reset is the most common method however when the reset is done you cannot recover your data or settings again.

Note that you will need to ensure that you have made a backup of the mobile phone. Both data as well as the settings. Once the mobile phone has been reset you can then start with the factory defaults whoever you can still restore the data again if you have a backup.
Hard Reset Sony Xperia SO-02C Xperia Acro by Menu:
To begin, turn on your Sony Xperia SO-02C Xperia Acro. Ensure that the battery of your Sony Xperia SO-02C Xperia Acro is fully charged. Navigate to the menu by going to Setting > Backup and reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Device. Then, choose Erase Everything. Sony Xperia Xperia Acro will reset to the factory default.
