Sony Xperia Z3 Hard Reset

resetThe Sony Xperia Z3  hard reset is the same for all versions of the Sony Xperia Z3 which includes the D6603/D6616/D6643 as well as the D6653 versions of the mobile phone. Note that this will also work on the Sony Xperia Z3 Dual D6633 mobile phone. The process is the same for all of them much like the hard reset of the Sony Xperia E3 mobile phone which is also listed on this website. Make a backup of your phone is you want to reuse the data and settings again as you are doing this at your own risk. Once the data is gone then it is gone.

Sony Xperia Z3 Hard Reset

As stated the Sony Xperia Z3 is the same as the Sony Xperia Z3 Dual when its to doing the reset of the mobile phone to its factory settings. Note that that once the phone has been reset that you will not be able to recover any of the data and settings that have been deleted. You should write down your settings if you are not going to do a backup. These include any passwords in your internet browser as well as your APN settings which you have on the phone as well as WiFi passwords. Remember that you are doing this at your own risk as the loss a data is up yo you. Most people only do this when they are going to sell the mobile phone or when they are going to send the phone in for repairs and they do not want their data exposed to a repair technician.
